Pilates Classes


All our Pilates classes target whole-body movement. Some classes use props like bands, blocks, and balls, depending on the format.

We create strength and lean muscle with a BIG core emphasis to improve your posture and everyday movement.


Move It or Lose It: Monday Funday Edition


A fun, feel-good class for all ages — because we all need movement to thrive!

A circuit-based strength class run specifically for members aged 50 and over.
